Welcome to#43 at Nobles Point Marina, Candle Lake. This cozy trailer is located steps away from the Nobles Point Marina on a treed lot where every day is a great day to be at the lake! This space is for the busy individual, couple, or family that wants the ease of a cabin without any of the work of one. Weekend weather looks great at Candle? Hop in your car and head to the lake. Here you can leave your summer lake clothes at the trailer and keep your fridge well stoked for a last minute weekend getaway. There's no hauling things back and forth, and better yet? no tent! The trailer itself easily sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms. The primary does fit a king bed if you prefer and the second bedroom has bunk beds for younger guests. In the living room there is a hide-a-bed to fit 2 extras guests if you get last-minute joiners or if someone has too much fun around the campfire. In addition to the spacious trailer there are 2 adorable bunk houses! These extend the sleeping space to 11. Not to fret there is an additional 3 piece bathroom for the bunk houses to use, and septic is included in your annual fees, so showers for everyone! Out back there is a lovely fire pit space and a shed to store your extras in. The private deck is very sunny and calm. When the winds are up you can find warmth on the deck. This is also a great space to eat dinner with friends and family. The trailer has central air conditioning as well as a propane furnace for early and late in the season when mornings and evenings are fresh. The bunk houses each have functioning wall mounted central air conditioning too. This sale is offered with everything included so all you need to do is bring your bathing suit!
